Pathway Details Generation

In AIPA, you can access AI-generated details about pathways to enhance your understanding of the charts. Here's how to use this feature:

1. Look for the information icon (i) before each pathway name in the charts.

2. Click on this icon to open a popup window.

3. The AI will generate detailed pathway information in real-time.

The AI-generated content may include:

• Pathway description

• Key components and their functions

• Related biological processes

• Potential health and disease implications

AI Result Interpretation

AIPA's AI-Powered tab allows you to use Large Language Models (LLM) to interpret your analysis results.

How to Use

1. Go to the "AI-Powered" tab in your analysis view.

2. Select the analyses you want interpreted.

3. Click "Generate Interpretation".

4. Wait for the AI to process and provide insights.

Your AI-generated interpretations are listed in a table with the following columns:
